We require experience building and leading a team of IT professionals. Responsibilities: We will report to the CFO and lead the delivery of our trust-wide digital vision. We will oversee secure, reliable, and high-performing digital services across multiple sites. We will lead cyber security, infrastructure, systems development, and service performance. We will work closely with senior leaders to turn organisational priorities into a cohesive digital strategy. We will build and develop our in-house IT and digital function. We will drive continuous improvement to ensure technology is used purposefully and sustainably. We will act as the senior escalation point for digital risk. We will lead the transition to a more scalable service model. We will ensure digital operations remain robust, future-focused, and aligned with our growth ambitions. We will develop both the central IT service and the central IT team so they reflect our values and ambitions.
