NQ Conveyancing Solicitor

Day-to-day of the role:
* Manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files, including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, and new build properties.
* Ensure all transactions are handled efficiently and meet client expectations.
* Utilise market-leading technology to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Newly qualified Residential Property Solicitor with 0-3 years PQE or equivalent.
* Committed to providing high levels of client care.
* Ambitious, dynamic, and possesses a positive "can do" attitude.
* Organised, with a strong work ethic and good attention to detail.
