Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Equipment Manager to oversee the end-to-end, forecasting, and strategic stockholding of store fixtures and equipment across all supply chain within the group. Reporting to the Group Head of Facilities, this role is pivotal in ensuring sustainable, cost-effective, and innovative solutions that support both domestic and international expansion. The successful candidate will combine deep knowledge of manufacturing processes with strong leadership and communication skills, ensuring our supply chain delivers on time, in full (OTIF) "On Time, In Full", and to the highest quality standards. This role will involved being on site at our Shirebrook HQ with frequent travel across our retail estate. Responsibilities: Strategic Supply Chain Management Assist in developing and implement sustainable supply chain strategies for retail fixtures and equipment and ensure actioned out with team and supply chain. Prepare and manage tender documentation working alongside department Sourcing/procurement manager, ensuring compliance with procurement best practices. Negotiate supplier contracts, working alongside department Sourcing/procurement manager, with a strong understanding of raw material costs and global manufacturing rates, tying rates down for a Minimum of 12 months. Work with a supply chain to advise the most commercially effective international logistics and procurement strategies to meet the pipeline. Ensure all supply chains are working to their allocated KPIs. Operational Delivery Consult weekly with Design, Programme Management Office and Project Management teams to align supply chain with upcoming store development needs. Co-ordinate with supply chain on stock arrivals, allocation, and system accuracy. Monitor supplier orders, track delivery schedules, and report deviations against plan. Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement Lead and develop a team, setting clear goals and performance of KPIs. Conduct quarterly supplier reviews, foster collaborative relationships, and continuous improvement. Engage with stakeholders through site visits and regular communication to find risks and resolve ambiguities. Innovation & Sustainability Ensure products and fixtures are sustainable throughout their lifecycle. Evaluate risks from global economic changes and adapt to sourcing strategies accordingly. Should tie into the group ESG (Environmental Social Governance) framework.
