As Demand Planner, you’ll play a key role in supporting this exciting growth journey by owning the demand planning process and helping shape a best-in-class S&OP model. Key Responsibilities:
* Forecasting: Own the demand forecast for a diverse SKU portfolio across multiple channels.
* S&OP Development: Contribute to the design and execution of an agile, insight-led S&OP process.
* Inventory Readiness: Ensure supply chain alignment with new store openings and commercial campaigns.
* Performance Metrics: Establish and track KPIs to improve forecast accuracy and planning efficiency.
* Collaboration: Partner with commercial, finance, and operations teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
Key Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting, preferably within cosmetics or FMCG.
* Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel; experience with planning systems is a plus.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
