The Role
You will work with the organisation to provide support for Microsoft Dynamics and our own Add-on products. You will be exposed to a wide range of tools and business processes. This is a great opportunity to learn about solution delivery and support on the Microsoft Power Platform
Essential Responsibilities And Duties
1. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents from our Global Customer base.
2. Install and build solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform
3. Implement new projects with our solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4. Strong Communication skills
5. Logical thinker with experience with IT solutions
6. Any experience with IT sales / marketing software would be a bonus
7. The applicant must have the right to work in the UK.
Competencies
8. A familiarity with general Microsoft Office software
9. Enjoy and understand IT platform solutions in general.
10. Great customer focus
11. Show initiative to identify and solve interesting technical problems and share the results with the wider organisation
12. The ability to communicate internally and externally.
