SEN Teaching Assistant AndoverProspero Teaching is looking for a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join supportive schools in Andover. This role involves working closely with pupils who have additional needs, including autism, ADHD, communication difficulties, learning delays, or social-emotional challenges. You will play an important role in helping pupils settle into their routines, engage with classwork, build confidence, and feel supported throughout the school day. Staff at these schools work collaboratively, so you will be well-supported while making a genuine difference to pupils who benefit from extra guidance and consistency. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in care, support roles, youth work, childcare, or graduates in psychology, education, criminology, child development, or similar fields.
