IT Service Desk International Law firm 32-35k on call London City, Hybrid role.- Law firm or legal MSP experience is essential Fantastic opportunity to join a leading Global Law firm The role Providing First Line support for IT applications and hardware, including: Microsoft Office Suite (2016/365), Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Windows 10, (FileSite), Time recording systems (IntApp), Practice management system (Elite 3E), Digital dictation (BigHand), Adobe Suite, Mobile technologies (iOS, Android, inTune), Remote desktop (VNC/TeamViewer. You will be the first point of contact for all IT-related support for the firm, ensuring that each support call (telephone, e-mail or in person) is dealt with promptly, efficiently, competently, and professionally. Experience Excellent troubleshooting skills, with demonstrable general knowledge of hardware, such as laptops, and mobiles. A minimum of 1 year IT help desk support experience within a professional services ideally legal - organisation. Experience of core Microsoft Office 2016 products Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. General understanding of legal software and applications, iManage, Elite3e, Big Hand etc, is highly advantageous. Audio/Video conference knowledge is highly desirable too.. There is some out-of-hours support on a rotational basis as part of the IT 24/7 follow-the-sun support offering. (a weekend and until midnight Mondays to Fridays these would be supported from home, on call allowance is paid on irregular working hours)
