About the role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our internal Talent team and help us attract, engage, and hire exceptional people across the business.

This is a hands-on recruitment role, focused on identifying, engaging, and securing great talent. You’ll work closely with hiring managers across the business to deliver a high-quality hiring process and ensure we bring the right people into Node4.

This role would suit someone with around 1+ year of recruitment experience, ideally from an agency background, who enjoys sourcing candidates, managing hiring processes, and building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, your primary focus will be recruitment delivery. You’ll be responsible for managing roles end-to-end, sourcing candidates directly, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved in the hiring process.

You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, identify the right candidates, and support them through every stage of the recruitment lifecycle.


Responsibilities

* Managing recruitment processes from role briefing through to offer acceptance
* Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team fit
* Actively sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach
* Writing and posting job adverts that attract the right talent
* Screening candidates via phone and video interviews to assess experience, motivations, and cultural fit
* Coordinating interview processes and managing communication between candidates and hiring managers
* Delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
* Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
* Providing market insight to hiring managers around candidate availability, salaries, and hiring trends
* Keeping recruitment systems and candidate records up to date within our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
* Supporting the wider Talent team with recruitment campaigns and hiring initiatives when required


What will you bring

* Atleast 1+ year experience in recruitment, ideally within a recruitment agency environment
* An understanding of the Microsoft Product Ecosystem, specifically Business Applications
* Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other talent platforms
* Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates and hiring managers
* A proactive approach to sourcing and engaging talent
* Good organisation and the ability to manage multiple roles at once
* A genuine interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
* Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to processes
* A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
