Your new role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for supporting two executives with the following responsibilities:
1. Travel and Aodation Booking
2. General Administration
3. Multiple inbox management
4. Document preparation
5. Taking minutes
6. Booking and setting up meeting rooms
7. Managing and keeping expenses
8. Query Management
9. Stakeholder Management
10. Event Co-Ordination
What you'll need to succeed
To ensure your success in this highly visible role, you will have:
11. Prior experience in a similar role
12. Excellent organisation and time management skills
13. Strong attention to detail
14. Proficiency in all aspects of MS Office Suite
15. Excellentmunication skills
16. Able to adapt and pick up new processes
