What You Will Be Doing
Makeup Specialist
* Creating Engaging Makeup Experiences: Design and execute innovative makeup events and activations that drive customer interest in NYX products.
* Team Makeup Leadership: Coach and guide team members on makeup artistry to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
* Personalized Makeup Consultations: Provide expert, personalized recommendations to address individual needs and encourage creativity.
Elevating Customer Experience
* Delivering the NYX Experience: Consistently execute the NYX service model to provide a welcoming, personalized experience.
* Product Expertise and Storytelling: Demonstrate products, share NYX heritage, and offer tailored knowledge and tips.
* Brand Excellence: Act as a NYX Ambassador with bold, creative service and merchandising standards.
* Staying Trend-Forward: Maintain understanding of latest makeup trends to provide expert advice.
Driving Retail Performance
* Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently reach individual and counter sales goals as agreed with your line manager.
* Building Client Relationships: Develop authentic relationships with customers in-store and digitally to foster loyalty.
* Promoting Events and Activities: Inform customers about in-store events, promotions, and brand activations.
* Brand Advocacy: Represent NYX on internal and external social channels per company guidelines.
Operational Excellence
* Teamwork and Training: Participate in team efforts and complete required training for product knowledge and brand expertise.
* Administrative Responsibilities: Complete daily/weekly tasks using designated platforms (Tamigo/One Retail).
* Maintaining Counter Standards: Uphold hygiene and housekeeping standards for a clean, inviting counter.
