What will you be doing?
As a Tax Compliance Hub Manager, you will be part of the private client tax team working on tax advisory and compliance services for a diverse range of clients.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing client work, including handling HMRC enquiries, overseeing a portfolio of compliance clients, monitoring deadlines, reviewing correspondence, assisting in complex planning and advisory projects, billing, and supervising work.
* Ensuring client deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
* Coaching and training junior team members and trainees.
* Supporting staff and Partners with chargeable and non-chargeable tasks when needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Relevant professional qualification(s) such as CTA and/or ACA.
* Significant private client tax experience within professional services or industry.
* Technical expertise in complex client work.
* Experience in managing people.
* Desire to develop business development skills.
* Strong IT skills.
