Our client is seeking a dedicated Employee Relations Consultant to drive effective sickness absence management and support managers across Children’s Services with a wide range of employee relations matters. About the Role As part of a supportive HR team, you’ll deliver expert advice on absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, capability and complex casework. You’ll coach managers, guide investigations and panel hearings, and help shape and improve HR policy. You will also collaborate with Learning & Development to deliver training that strengthens ER capability across the service.
