Youll sit at the centre of production, quality and yield, with the authority to challenge, improve and lead from the front.

Strong hands-on butchery experience within fast-paced operations
Proven experience controlling yield, waste and labour
Confidence working with primals and supporting training on arrival
Previous leadership responsibility within food manufacturing
Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene and compliance standards
Working hours:
Sunday: 6:00am 6:00pm
Monday: 6:00am 6:30pm
Tuesday: 3:00pm 11:00pm
Wednesday: 3:00pm 11:00pm
Thursday: 3:00pm 11:00pm
