Job Description

What you'll be doing: On a day to day basis you will be dealing with all aspects of operational contacts both with internal and external stakeholders for the business. This means on a typical day, you will be resourcing an operations receptions desk, handling deliveries and collections, liaising with the warehouse to gain the relevant information to ensure a timely unload.
You will be responding to emails and calls, dealing with publishers, printers and suppliers to obtain bookings and process manifests, along with keeping daily KPIs, discrepancies and non-conformances up to date.
* Maintaining deliveries, to ensure the maximum capacity is not exceeded.
* Daily use of BlueYonder(JDA), Pub App and Biblio
* Creation of Goods In delivery packs
* Liaise with printers and publishers on printer discrepancies and non-conformances.
* Proactively liaising with both suppliers and publishers to maintain a first-class working relationship.
* Liaising effectively with all other departments to achieve swift problem solving and maintaining excellent communication internally and externally whilst also ensuring special requirements are met on time
