A world-leading designer and manufacturer of automation and robotics systems is seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to help shape and amplify their global story.

The role
Your role will be two-fold. Primarily you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to lead in sourcing and implementing a fit-for-purpose marketing automation tech stack. You will ensure this enables impactful marketing and sales customer interactions across lead generation, lead nurturing, sales opportunity progression and brand awareness, as well as supporting other teams such as HR/recruitment. Secondly, you will ensure the established company website and search marketing activities are well maintained.
You will:
1. Lead in the sourcing, set up and operation of effective marketing automation systems
2. Own the strategy & execution (including test, scheduling and optimisation) of automated sales and marketing campaigns
3. Be point of contact between Marketing and Sales for digital campaigns, coordinating with the content team to create engaging automated assets in line with campaign objectives & with Sales to:
* Build segmented audiences in Salesforce and set campaign objectives for leads in these segments
* Identify opportunities for outreach (e.g. event follow up, industry news triggers, internal product updates)
1. Set up and report upon campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement
2. Contribute to discussions around Salesforce data usage, lead nurturing flows, and customer lifecycle comms.
About you
You’re a creative marketer with a strong interest in marketing automation.
You will bring:
* Strong marketing automation experience
* Experience producing digital content across websites, social media, or marketing campaigns
* Proven success in campaign-based, content-led marketing
* Engaging writing style, a meticulous eye for detail and exemplary communication skills
