My Client, a market leading, multidisciplinary Engineering and Environmental Consultancy, is searching for a Senior Flood Risk and Drainage Engineer to join their Drainage Team based in Leeds.
This exciting role will offer candidates the opportunity to join a friendly team of Engineers to complete flood risk, surface water, environmental and drainage projects for Residential Development Projects for Housing Developers, Local Authorities, Renewable Energy and Private Sector Clients.
Responsibilities
* Flood Risk Assessments for flood zone 1,2 and 3.
* Flood Risk Mapping using ArcGIS.
* Flood Consequence Assessments.
* Access Road Design.
* Drainage Strategy for Planning Applications and Drainage Design using Microdrainage and Causeway Flow.
* Infrastructure Design.
* Drainage Design using Infodrainage.

Qualifications
* Essential that applicants have a strong BSc and/or MSc in Civil Engineering, Environmental Management, Hydrology or Civil Engineering and experience working for a Consultancy or Local Authority completing drainage strategies or flood risk assessments or civil design.
* Essential for applicants to reside locally and have a keen interest in Civil Engineering, Flood Risk Assessments or Flood Consequence Assessments.
