Clinical Support Worker in the General Outpatient Department at Conquest Hospital. Full‑time position.
Key Responsibilities
* Work as a member of the nursing team to ensure the smooth running of the department.
* Support the team, including junior staff and students, and provide supervision as required.
* Take a proactive, well‑organised and patient‑focused approach to care and communication.
* Help improve the patient experience in outpatient services.
* Consider training for Band 4 Nursing Associate to develop your career.

* Experience in outpatient services.
* Excellent team player with a reliable work record.
* Strong communication skills and high professional standards.
* Proactive, embraces change, well‑organised, and able to work as part of a large clinical team.
