Job Description Prepare and service guest rooms to Fairmont’s exacting luxury standards Ensure impeccable cleanliness and presentation of bedrooms, bathrooms, and amenities Replenish linens, towels, and guest supplies with care and consistency Report maintenance issues promptly, ensuring rooms remain in perfect condition Handle guest belongings and privacy with the utmost respect and discretion Support VIP room preparations, ensuring personalised touches and flawless presentation Maintain housekeeping trolleys and storage areas in a clean, organised, and fully stocked state Respond to guest requests with warmth, professionalism, and a guest‑first mindset Collaborate with Floor Supervisors, Housekeeping, and Front Office to ensure timely room readiness Follow all cleaning procedures, including deep‑cleaning schedules and brand standards Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including COSHH and manual handling Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to stay aligned with service expectations Support lost‑and‑found procedures with accuracy and confidentiality Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team‑focused working environment Uphold Fairmont grooming, communication, and service standards at all times
