Provide expert system-level support and technical oversight across all Soft FM digital platforms, including CAFM,
Power BI, SharePoint and PowerApps. Lead the full system lifecycle, including configuration, testing, release and
review, ensuring strong governance, data integrity and security.

SoftFMservicesrelyonawiderangeofinterconnectedsystems,includingSynbiotix(CAFM), Power BI, SharePoint, and PowerApps platforms. However, the current support model is fragmented, limiting innovation, integration, and responsiveness.

Essential criteria
1. Significant experience managing and supporting operational or business systems.
2. Extensive experience delivering digital transformation and system integration projects.
3. Experience of managing data reporting, analytics, or performance tools such as Power BI.
Desirable criteria
4. Experience of managing CAFM systems or other FM-related digital platforms.
5. Experience of working within the NHS or large public-sector environment.
Skills

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously.

Qualifications

16. Educated to Master's level or equivalent experience in digital systems management or data analytics.
17. Foundation level qualification in ITIL or equivalent service management framework.

19. Formal project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 or Agile).
20. Advanced certification in ITIL or digital systems administration.
