The Role

Field Sales

If you’re a confident talker who’s looking to realise the future, then this could be the role for you. If you have a sales background and you’re great at building relationships, you have transferrable skills to succeed in our exciting new Field Sales role.

This role involves talking to our customers both in person and occasionally through other communication channels. There will be some travel, so a driving licence is preferred. You may be out at sporadic public spaces approaching people you’ve never met, or at pre-planned venues and events as part of our wider strategy. Either way, you’ll build meaningful relationships with both existing and potential new customers, creating a relationship with the overall local community. You’ll understand what our customers’ needs are and talk to them about how EE products can enhance their digital lives for the better. You’ll show them how we can help connect for good whilst delivering a personal service every time.

Sales experience is essential for this role to handle a fast-paced market. Equally important are a positive attitude, resilience, and an eagerness to deliver a great customer experience. We’ll provide all the necessary training, so you’re ready to confidently discuss all our products and services.

Salary: £28,742 (plus uncapped commission)

Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers in person and through other communication channels.
* Travel to various locations, so a driving licence is preferred.
* Approach people in public spaces and at pre-planned venues/events.
* Build meaningful relationships with existing and potential customers.
* Understand customer needs and discuss how EE products can enhance their digital lives.
* Deliver a personal service and connect with the local community.

Requirements:

* Sales experience.
* Positive attitude, resilience, and eagerness to deliver a great customer experience.
* Ability to talk confidently about EE products and services after training.
