Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team at Lartington Hall our exclusive use wedding venue.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional experience. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service, as you will be responsible for managing guest interactions and supporting the overall operations of our establishment.
Duties
* Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
* Serve weddings meals and drinks with warmth and professionalism
* Ensure that the venue is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
* Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
* Assist with cash handling and processing payments as required.
Skills
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanour.
* Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
* A keen attention to detail to ensure high standards of service are maintained.
* Cocktail expertise is an advantage.
