£14.70 to £18.50 per hour

Are you compassionate, resilient, and ready to make a real difference? We’re looking for Support Workers to support children and young people with learning differences and autism across the Abingdon and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
* Support daily routines, personal care, and social activities
* Encourage independence and life skills
* Create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment
* Work flexibly as part of a dedicated team
Qualifications
* A caring, patient approach
* Flexibility for day and night shifts
* A DBS (or willingness to get one)
