Every shift, you'll: Assess, diagnose, treat, or refer patients with a wide range of conditions.Lead on safe, effective, evidence based care in a triage setting.Conduct and interpret diagnostic investigations.Liaise with specialist services and ensure appropriate handovers/referrals.Maintain meticulous records in line with governance and best practice.Stay at the forefront of evidence-based practice and CPD.________________________________________You'll be supported by a collaborative leadership team, clear clinical governance, with the opportunity for professional development.________________________________________What We're Looking For: Professional Registration (NMC, HCPC, or GPhC).Independent Prescriber (non-medical prescribing certification).Postgraduate Education: Minimum of two Level 7 modules, including Clinical Assessment Skills.Demonstrated experience in autonomous clinical decision making.Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse, high performing team.Confidence, compassion, and clarity under pressure.DHU Healthcare values diversity and inclusion, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds.
