What You’ll Be Doing ✔ End-to-End Project Management – Oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale construction projects. ✔ Project Planning & Budgeting – Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring efficient resource allocation. ✔ Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to align on objectives. ✔ Risk & Compliance Management – Implement governance, conduct risk assessments, and develop mitigation strategies. ✔ Financial Oversight – Monitor budgets, track costs, and manage change control. ✔ Leadership & Communication – Lead meetings, provide clear reporting, and ensure seamless coordination between all parties. ✔ Client & Business Development – Identify opportunities for growth and build lasting client relationships. ✔ Mentoring & Development – Support and guide junior project managers, fostering their career growth. What We’re Looking For Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Expertise in construction processes, methodologies, and best practices Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Consultancy experience preferred Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and LEED certification (a plus!)
