We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience through effective merchandising, upselling, and maintaining an organised sales environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Maintain an organised sales floor by ensuring products are well-merchandised and displays are visually appealing.
* Handle transactions accurately while demonstrating basic math skills for cash handling.
* Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting complementary items.
* Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during busy periods.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
* Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
* Excellent organisational skills to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace.

Candidates will need to have marketing and customer service background. We are on the look out for someone to generate sales and leads behind the scenes as well as dealing with customers and team members.
An experience with lead generation online would be advantageous.
There will be reaching out to customers and potential customers over the phone.
Admin tasks.
