The Role
As an ambitious independent marketing agency working with brands across a wide range of sectors, we pride ourselves on delivering clever, creative campaigns.
You'll be a key link between our clients and our internal teams across the group — building strong relationships, translating client needs into clear creative briefs, and keeping campaigns and projects running smoothly from start to finish and beyond.
This role will ideally based in our King's Lynn office, with the option of a hybrid working balance.
What You'll Do
* Collaborate with teams across the group to deliver, monitor, and report on projects for multiple clients.
* Support the building and maintaining of strong, effective client relationships.
* Create clear, inspiring briefs that help guide our creative work.
* Keep projects on track with well-managed budgets and timelines.
* Monitor quality and service levels, ensuring we deliver to a high standard.
* Carry out admin tasks such as preparing for meetings and taking minutes.
* Use tools like Asana, Harvest, and GSuite to manage progress and communication.
What You'll Bring
* At least 2 years' experience in a marketing or project management role (agency experience a bonus).
* A proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and external contacts.
* Excellent time management, organisation, and a sharp eye for detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication, with high standards of spelling and grammar.
* A collaborative, proactive approach with a can-do attitude.
