What will you be doing?
To plan, coordinate, and deliver strategic change projects arising from government policy, internal improvementinitiativesand external developments.TheStrategyand Policy Business Partnerensuresthat Lifetime is well prepared for engagement with ministers, departments, and sector bodies, and that internalchangedriven by policyismanaged in a structured,timelyand effective way
What will you bring to the role?
* Proven project management experience within an Apprenticeship Training Provider or similar education / skills environment.
* Strong understanding of howdifferent functionsin a training provideroperate(e.g.delivery, quality, funding, compliance, employer engagement).
* Able to plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing briefings and summaries for senior leaders.
* Strongorganisationalskills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage several priorities at once.
* Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, challenging constructively, and driving progress.
It would be great if you had
* Specialist experience in an area of educational policy or delivery (reform,product, delivery etc).
* Formal project management training or certification (e.g.PRINCE2, Agile, APM).
* Experience coordinating external stakeholder relationships (e.g.AELP, DfE, ESFA, Ofsted,IfATE).
* Curious, politically aware, and motivated by improving the apprenticeship system as well asorganisationalperformance.
