we are looking for Lady carer for a Towcester client to work from From Fri eve to Sun Evening. Working hours will 7:00-8:00 am and 12:30- 13:00 pm asap
More hours will be added to the right candidate, make sure they drive and have car if you leave far from NN12. we pay for mileage. We do not offer cos
Someone trustworthy and positive attitude. This position requires excellent communication skills, someone with a car and attention to the time calls as expected, ability to follow care plans, patient and compassionate.
Responsibilities
* Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
* Implement and follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals.
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure continuity of care.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
* Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition.
* Drive to clients' homes as required for home care services.
* Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes.
* Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Ability to drive and have access to a vehicle for travel between client locations.
* A caring attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
* Familiarity with IT systems related to healthcare is advantageous.
* Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends if required.
