We are seeking an experienced and energetic Home Manager to lead a 28-bed residential care home in Coventry. This role involves overseeing all aspects of care delivery, compliance, staffing, and day-to-day operations, ensuring the home provides a safe, person-centred, and engaging environment for older adults.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the CQC Registered Manager, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.
* Lead, support, and develop care teams to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.
* Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and medication management.
* Maintain accurate records and manage audits, inspections, and quality assurance.
* Handle recruitment, staff performance, rotas, and training.
* Manage budgets, occupancy, and resources efficiently.
* Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.
