Manage and develop engineering, manufacturing, workshop accounts – £ growth mentality essential!
This is a role within a 30mil SME no frills Engineering / Manufacturer – a solutions business – This is not corporate.
This is a role for a good SME Technical salesperson with the above experience. A relationship builder with a pro‑active sales focus.
A Technical Sales Account Development role for a go-getter who is a stunning networker and business developer within existing accounts.
Do you have super Engineering / manufacturing related account management growth experience in Sales?
The role and candidate profile:
* You will receive a handover X Accounts that need managing and developing, with circa 1 million in annual revenue when you add in the New business growth
* The pro activity and relationship building skills sets are paramount.
* This role is for a go getter. For someone who has a business development attitude and mentality.
* You will manage and develop these existing accounts and try to bring on new accounts
* Experience – ideally you will have developed manufacturing / engineering related accounts before and expanded the account spend and brought in new business.
* Experience – you will have a technical mindset or even skill set and be used to talking about Engineering / manufacturing solutions
* Join a no frills, engineering / manufacturing solutions business. Stand-alone responsibility.
* Report to a very motivated Sales Director who has been in the business and knows the accounts, for over 8 years.
* Character – Strong, deal with tough engineer types. Thick skin. Hold your own!
* You will be a relationship building, opportunity hunting legend.
* 80% account management – 100% account growth – Opportunity to generate new Accounts if that the way the wind blows!
