Responsibilities:
- Implement hygiene protocols and procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Train and supervise hygiene staff on proper cleaning techniques and use of equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment and PPE
- Collaborate with other departments to address hygiene-related issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hygiene management
-Ensure schedules are adhered to and signed off to a clients satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hygiene Supervisor in a food production facility
-Carry out daily hygiene cleaning in a high care environment, include production equipment, drains, floors and walls
- Strong knowledge of hygiene protocols, procedures, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with staff and stakeholders
