We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEND Teacher to join a mainstream school in Slough, working within the school’s specialist resource base supporting pupils with highly complex needs across all age groups.

The Role
* Teaching pupils with complex SEND needs within the school’s specialist resource base
* Working with pupils across a range of ages
* Planning, preparing, and delivering personalised lessons tailored to individual needs
* Creating a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment
* Collaborating closely with support staff, therapists, and families
* Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies to support pupil development
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE (essential)
* Strong, proven experience in SEND, particularly with complex needs
* Confident working in a mainstream setting with a resource base
* Available to work full-time, 5 days per week
* Willing and able to complete all planning and preparation
* Patient, resilient, and passionate about SEND education
