Were working with a highly respected charitable care home in Pinner, rated Good by the CQC, to recruit an experienced Clinical Lead. This is a key leadership role within a unique care structure, offering the responsibility and scope of a Nurse Manager-level position in a non-profit setting.
What Youll Do:
As Clinical Lead, youll oversee clinical standards and provide hands-on leadership to the nursing and care teams. Youll work closely with the Head of Clinical Services to maintain high-quality care and ensure full regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and managing the clinical care team
* Supporting staff development and mentoring
* Carrying out assessments, audits, and care planning
* Ensuring compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards
* Providing clinical leadership across both day and night shifts
What Were Looking For:
* Registered Nurse (NMC PIN required)
* Experience in a senior nurse or leadership role, ideally within a care home
* Willingness and flexibility to work both days and nights
* A passion for person-centred care in a non-profit environment
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent knowledge of clinical governance and CQC regulations
