Location: Colchester, Essex (Hybrid working following completion of 3 month probation)
Salary: Up to £50k basic plus Company Car

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Manager to oversee employee benefits programmes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing benefits administration, supporting HR initiatives, and enhancing employee engagement through effective communication. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience and a solid understanding of human resources systems to contribute to organisational success.

* Uses a structured approach for identifying problems and assess what can be done.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a payroll environment.
* Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
* Tax & NI knowledge for calculations within the payroll system/overpayments.
* GCSEs in Maths and English. xsngvjr
* Use of Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook.
* Evidence of Right to work in the UK
