Job Summary
As a Network Technical Solutions Architect in our Advanced Technology Center (ATC), you will develop, test, execute, and document engagements for our customers. This role requires proven knowledge and experience in networking and a good understanding of security, virtualization, and storage technologies. You will scope lab requests, design architectures, and build lab environments aligned with specified test plans. Your contributions will include executing test cases, troubleshooting issues, documenting results, and ensuring the successful execution of projects while maintaining high-quality standards within our organization.

Job Responsibilities
* Configure, troubleshoot, and test network solutions.
* Configure, troubleshoot, and test virtualization solutions.
* Lead competitive vendor evaluations.
* Create low‑level design documentation that is detailed and easy to understand.
* Create test plan documentation independently that details out the whole project.
* Communicate and collaborate with the project team.
* Actively participate in certification testing programs.
* Lead in projects across all phases, including scoping, building, executing, teardown, and archiving.
* Present project status and test plan results to customers.
* Mentor and support Technical Solution Engineers in their tasks and professional development.
Licenses and Certifications
* CCNP – Cisco Certified Network Professional
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Proven knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS).
* Proven knowledge of overlay networking (SD‑WAN, VXLAN, VPN, GRE).
* Knowledge of firewall technologies, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and network access control (NAC).
* Familiarity with wireless protocols (e.g., 802.11 standards), WLAN design, and wireless security.
* Proficiency in using tools like SNMP, NetFlow, Wireshark, SolarWinds, and other network performance monitoring solutions.
* Experience with deploying and managing multiple virtual machines, configuring virtual networks and storage, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
* Intermediate administration skills for Windows and Linux systems.
* Understanding of storage technologies (NAS, SAN, Fibre Channel).
* Advanced skills in documentation and using Visio/LucidChart.
* Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Collaboration across teams and embracing change to achieve positive outcomes.
* Demonstrates rigor and discipline in documenting work, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to networking.
* Commitment to staying updated with industry trends, technologies, and certifications relevant to the role.
