£40,000 - £45,00 per annum + pension and more.

Excellent training and developmentRoles & Responsibilities:
Refine systems and methods to continually improve production scheduling so that the most efficient plans are issued to the factory.
Proactively work alongside Demand and Supply teams to ensure alignment to the MPS signal and communicate any reason for deviation from plan.
Liaise with Supply Planning on any constraints that may impact the MPS.
Deputise for the Production Scheduling Manager during periods of absence/holidays.
Work closely with the Production Scheduling Manager to support day-to-day activities.
Monitor potential "low life" stock and work with the demand team to resolve.
Identify and mitigate potential risks related to supply chain disruptions over the short-term horizon.
Review and react to changes in customer priorities as required.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules to address any issues or delays.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Good knowledge of a supply chain environment
Experience of production planning
Key User in M3
IT skills e.g. Excel, MRP systems (Optimity)
Attention to detail, commitment to high standards.
Be self-motivated with the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-moving
Planning and organising - able to forward plan.
Adapting and responding to change
Be an effective communicator.
