About the Role:
This is a varied administrative role providing essential support for Client Managers. Youll be the first point of contact for many clientsboth in person and onlineand will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet and greet visitors, clients, and prospects professionally
2. Handle incoming phone calls, post, and emails in the admin inbox
3. Make outbound calls to clients regarding onboarding documents and outstanding payments
4. Book meetings into Directors and Client Managers diaries
5. Process invoices and payments via QuickBooks
6. Record and scan client paperwork and electronically file using Virtual Cabinet
