An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Swallowdale Primary School as a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant on a part time permanent basis. Ideally, we require someone to work Monday to Thursday from 8.30am to 4.30pm, with the scope to agree an alternative working pattern at interview. As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you will work as an integral part of the team to ensure that we all fly high together. Responsibilities / The ideal candidate will
* Hold the Higher-Level Teaching Qualification
* Be flexible. This is an exciting and varied role which will require the candidate to be resourceful and adaptable.
* Be a team player whilst also using their own initiative.
* Have a good understanding of the primary curriculum and use this to support children’s learning.
* Value and model inclusion which is at the heart of their role
