We are currently recruiting a HR Business Partner (Maternity), this person will be based Uxbridge/Slough on a 5 day onsite working model. To Provide a strategic, proactive, effective and professional HR service to the site and all it's internal customers. Ensuring the site adheres to Group driven Policies, procedures and statutory legislation whilst developing and maintaining good employee relations. Proactively deliver and embed all aspects of Group driven initiatives including employee reward, performance, development, DE&I and what we bring to the table.
Responsibilities:
Manpower planning
1. Working with the Site Director and the site Leadership team implement the Group People strategy, cascading to all levels and support with the delivery of the people initiatives.
2. Working with the Site Director and Site Leadership team create and maintain the people Establishment (manpower plan) ensuring there is a clear understanding of the roles, skills and knowledge required for the site to produce and deliver against the operational demand and in budget.
3. Working with the Site Director and Site Leadership team to understand the short-term gaps and any longer-term plans escalating to the Talent Manager and Recruiter who will implement campaigns to close.
