Customer Service Advisor - Sunderland

We're looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Customer Service Advisor to be the welcoming face (and voice) of our busy Sunderland repair centre. You'll play a key role in ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience, from first contact right through to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a warm and professional welcome to customers, both in person and over the phone
* Manage repair bookings, vehicle handovers, and regular progress updates
* Coordinate with technicians, insurers, and suppliers to keep communication smooth and efficient
* Handle customer queries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all administrative tasks are completed with attention to detail
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (automotive experience an advantage, but not essential)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
* Confident with IT systems and quick to learn new software
* A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
