Technical Manager - PFI Lifecycle - Romford - £75k plus car/allowance plus 5% bonus. Based at a large hospital in Romford, you will also have responsibility for two smaller sites in Roehampton. This role is working for the FM company that controls the Lifecycle, working in partnership with another FM business that carries out the Hard FM delivery. You will be responsible for leading the Technical Management (project scoping) to facilitate the planned lifecycle replacement programme and reactive lifecycle replacements (£16m this year). To facilitate this the responsibilities include providing detailed technical assessment of the assets condition, identifying critical assets and supporting the renewal programmes. You will be a good communicator and able to build relationships between the stakeholders including the Hard FM service provider, the PFI Project Company, the Trust and service partners. You will work with the respective Project Manager and wider team in formulating and reviewing practical elements of the proposals including technical assessment and liaising with sub-contractors and service partners in respect of technical solutions. In addition, you will assist the lifecycle team in the oversight and management of lifecycle projects, deputising where necessary.
