You’ll design, implement, and scale AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience across the organisation. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves solving complex problems, applying technology creatively, and making a visible difference in how a business operates. What you will be doing: Lead the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions using RPA platforms, ML models, and workflow orchestration tools. Implement and champion process mining and task mining initiatives to uncover optimisation opportunities across the business. Act as a trusted automation partner to teams, helping them reimagine workflows and adopt automation-first approaches. Collaborate with product, data, procurement, and engineering teams to integrate automation into broader digital strategies. Establish governance, standards, and best practices for responsible automation at scale. Provide training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing to upskill colleagues and grow an internal community of automation champions and citizen builders. Stay ahead of industry trends in AI-driven automation, intelligent document processing, and hyperautomation, and translate them into actionable solutions. Who you are: Proven experience in automation engineering, intelligent process automation, ML engineering, or a related digital transformation role. Skilled in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate), process and task mining platforms, and workflow design. Familiar with ML techniques for classification, prediction, and optimisation, with practical deployment experience. Strong understanding of enterprise digital systems (CRM, ERP, SaaS tools) and how to integrate automation into them. Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to bridge business requirements and technical execution. Experienced in agile delivery and managing automation projects from ideation to adoption. Familiar with the ethical considerations of automation and AI, ensuring responsible use and sustainable outcomes. Curious, detail-oriented, and driven by making processes smarter, faster, and more resilient.
