We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Picker Packer to join our client’s business on a temp to perm basis. As a Picker Packer, you will be responsible for preparing and packing products and orders for shipment in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities: * Pick, pack and prepare products for shipment according to specific instructions * Ensuring accuracy and quality control by inspecting products for any defects or damages * Advising the Team Leader when stock volumes are low * Regular stock taking * Using equipment in a safe manner * Finding suitable alternatives for out-of-stock items * Maintaining a clean and organised work area to ensure safety and efficiency * Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and deadline * Goods in/Goods out Experience & Skills: * Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred * Familiarity with quality control procedures and attention to detail * Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes is a plus * Systems experience is a part of this role, although automated, it would require an individual who is confident using systems 12.21 per hour + The hours of work will be 9.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday with an unpaid lunch break of 30 minutes.
