About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to oversee small-scale projects within the automotive sector. You will manage multiple initiatives aimed at improving production processes, efficiency, and quality, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities
* Plan, manage, and deliver small-scale projects from initiation through to completion.
* Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and supply chain to ensure smooth project execution.
* Monitor project progress, report risks, and maintain programme documentation.
* Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives within automotive operations.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
* Mentor and guide team members involved in project execution.
