We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Female Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Portland, Dorset.This person has complex clinical needs, autism, epilepsy, a communication disorder and behaviours that may present as challenging and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them.
What really matters, though, is supporting someone who is fun, active, and enjoys a structured routine.Their favourite activities include swimming, trampolining, browsing local shops, going to funfairs, and visiting churches.To help them make the most of these outings, were looking for people who know the local area and who hold a full UK driving licence.
