Are you passionate about supporting children with complex needs? A specialist SEN school in Bournemouth is seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Teaching Assistants to join their team across a range of flexible roles.

Working Hours: 09:00am - 15:30pm

About the Role
You will be supporting pupils with a variety of complex needs, including autism, physical disabilities, and severe learning difficulties. Working closely with teachers and therapists, you\'ll help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment tailored to each pupil\'s individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one and small group support
* Assist with personal care and mobility needs (where required)
* Support communication and sensory development
* Promote independence and emotional wellbeing
* Collaborate with staff and families to support pupil progress
Ideal Candidate
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred)
* Calm, patient, and resilient approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to learn and adapt to different needs
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
