Experian Software Solutions is seeking a strategic, data-driven leader to join as the Data & Platform Analytics Lead for the Ascend Platform. In this hybrid, London-based role, reporting to the Senior Vice President for Platform and Digital, you will spearhead our analytics vision across our software platform, influencing product strategy, customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analytics Leadership: Set the vision, roadmap, and priorities for the data and platform analytics function aligned with strategic goals.
2. Customer-facing dashboards and insights: Develop automated, intuitive dashboards to reflect platform performance and support client outcomes.
3. Platform Intelligence: Create scalable analytics frameworks to measure engagement, feature usage, customer behavior, and system performance.
4. Strategic Insights: Provide proactive, data-driven recommendations to influence product roadmaps and business strategies.
5. Data Infrastructure Collaboration: Work with data engineering and platform teams to ensure high-quality data pipelines, tools, and architecture.
6. Partnerships: Collaborate with leadership to identify analytics opportunities and drive initiatives.
7. Advanced Analytics: Promote predictive modeling, experimentation, and machine learning to deepen insights.
8. Data Governance & Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and compliance across analytics efforts.
Qualifications:
* Experience in data analytics or data science roles with leadership within a SaaS platform business.
* Proven impact through analytics in a product-led environment.
* Proficiency with SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI), and cloud ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
* Understanding of platform metrics, user journey analytics, retention/cohort analysis, and funnel optimization.
* Ability to communicate complex data insights to executive audiences.
