We are seeking a leader with a strong and credible specialist background in Hair, Beauty and Hospitality, bringing deep professional expertise and industry insight to shape high - quality, employer - aligned curriculum. You will confidently lead learning, quality and performance across all three sectors, ensuring a cohesive, ambitious and industry - relevant vocational offer.

You will have substantial experience within Hair, Beauty and Hospitality education, proven leadership within Further Education, and a recognised teaching qualification (or equivalent). You’ll be ready to operate at Head of Learning level—championing quality, driving continuous improvement, and supporting teams to deliver outstanding learner experiences across multiple vocational areas.

This position involves regular and sustained contact with students under the age of 18 within an educational establishment and is classed as regulated activity with children. The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, including a children’s barred list check, in accordance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).

The College may consider carrying out online searches as part of our due diligence on shortlisted candidates in accordance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).
