Join the Greater Manchester Specialist Support Team
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team across Greater Manchester. We welcome enthusiastic and confident applicants committed to the wellbeing of service users and delivering high-quality care. Our team focuses on enhancing the safety, experience, and wellbeing of service users in the community.
The Greater Manchester Specialist Support Team is a multidisciplinary team including Nursing, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Psychologists, and Psychiatrists. You will work across Greater Manchester, liaising with partner agencies such as Health, Social Care, and Criminal Justice to support proactive and preventative risk mitigation.
Role Responsibilities
1. Carry out assigned duties involving direct care and observation of service users under supervision.
2. Report observations to qualified staff, including mental state and risk factors.
3. Work with service users individually and in groups according to care plans and professional guidance.
