You’ll lead a small team of talented Business Partners, shaping how audience insight drives strategy across streaming and social products.
The Opportunity
* Strategic Influence: Partner directly with senior product and streaming leaders, turning complex audience data into clear, actionable insight.
* Product & Digital Focus: Guide the evolution of a fast-growing streaming platform, helping define new KPIs and success metrics as customer behaviour changes.
* Leadership: Coach and develop a team of four Business Partners, building their business-partnering capability and embedding insight across the organisation.
* Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate with specialist analytics, research and data teams to deliver high-quality, decision-ready projects.
